Mohamad (Moe) Sabbah is a Lebanese filmmaker, artist, and performer based in Cologne, Germany, working from a queer perspective to explore family, grief, and body politics. He co-directed EMBODIED CHORUS, a hybrid documentary (IDFA 2023). In recent years, he started composing music, creating and embodying creatures, and throwing spells. ESCAPING HIM is his ongoing interdisciplinary project.
